Davin owns the product and technology development for the business and has over thirteen years’ experience implementing some of the largest and most innovative customer experience projects across the globe. He is one of the UK’s leading experts in Knowledge Solutions. Davin holds both a PhD and an MSc in Engineering from Cambridge University, UK.

A keen sailor, Davin founded the Transversal Charity Cup in 2010 where global brands compete in an annual yacht race and raise thousands of dollars for important charities.
